TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These are the terms and conditions on which Fresch  supply products to you, whether in store, email or by phone..

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering as these terms will apply to any orders you place. We recommend that you print and retain a copy for future reference.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you should not place an order.

Any orders you place, is governed by our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy
and our Cookie Policy. Please take the time to read these, as they include important terms which apply to you.

 

Ordering

You may only place orders if you are at least 18 years old. By ordering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

We require a minimum of a 48 hour notice period for any corporate orders so we can ensure we have all the correct produce available to you on the day. Orders will ONLY be accepted in the form of writing via email which MUST come from a genuine, registered company email address.

Should you need to cancel your order for any reason then you are expected to understand and agree to the following terms:

If an order is cancelled with 48 hours notice or more you will receive a FULL refund of the cost of the order. If an order is cancelled between 48 – 24 hours before the date of receiving the order you will be liable to a 50% refund of costs paid. If an order is cancelled with 24 hours notice or less then you will unfortunately not be due a refund.

General Public

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a complaint with us either in person or via email.

 

All complaints will be handled at the discretion of the company and each case looked a individually.
